At avexira, we aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During launches, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 AUD. Orders below this threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and available delivery options.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Australia: [5–12 business days]
New Zealand: [7–14 business days]
United States & Canada: [8–15 business days]
United Kingdom: [7–14 business days]
Rest of world: [10–20 business days]
Delivery times are estimates only. Actual arrival times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak periods.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow [2–5 business days] for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, this may result in delays, failed delivery, or the parcel being returned. If reshipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, customs delays, severe weather, public holidays, or high shipping volume.
We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives significantly later than expected, please contact us at jfreeman@avexira.store and we will assist where possible.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, avexira cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or stolen packages.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us promptly at jfreeman@avexira.store with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns from the date your order is received, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging unless otherwise required by law.
